When will my package be shipped?
If you did not purchase a packing video, your package usually ships within 3–7 days.
If you purchased a packing video, your package usually ships within 5–10 days.
How long does shipping take?
Under normal customs clearance conditions, most of our packages are delivered within 7–15 days, with the majority arriving in around 10 days.
Shipping is usually faster to regions with convenient international transportation and may take longer for remote or less accessible areas.
When will my packing video be posted on TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/Instagram?
If you purchased a packing video, it is usually posted 5–10 days after your order is placed.
As creating the video takes time, it will be posted after your package has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, our website will automatically send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Can I return or exchange my Mystery Box?
All sales are final. Because each scoop is a surprise and made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, all orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.
What should I do if I receive a damaged gift?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a photo or video of the item and the packaging at the time of opening.
Send the image/video along with your order details to pandaluckyscoops@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact logistics. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
